Full-fat milk 1 cup-149 cal
one garlic clove-6 cal
Ingredients
Milk -1 cup(full fat cow’s milk )
Garlic cloves large - 4-5
Honey or palm sugar-2tsp
Pepper-small pinch(optional)
Turmeric-small pinch(optional)
Procedure
Take 4-5 cloves of garlic .put the cloves in a steamer and
cook it. now smash the cloves. in a pot add 1 cup cow’s milk with smashed garlic
cloves allow it to boil and mix it, if you need sweetener then add palm sugar,
which is good for your health or add a small pinch of pepper and turmeric..have
this twice a day, it is very helpful food increases breast milk secretion.
Garlic milk for weight loss
Garlic is packed with a lot of nutrients, it helps for
weight loss. allicin contains in it, burns excess fat. garlic milk makes you
feel fuller for a long period and decreases your appetite feeling. In this way,
