6 MONTH BABY FOOD RECIPE

Hi, your baby is ready to eat solid food. Here I shared my food recipe for little ones that I feed my child .for my first daughter I feed this food which was recommended by my pediatrician. mostly for my both daughters, I gave homemade food only. I prepared myself with the doctor’s advice. The shared recipe here is my daughter’s favorite food. generally, she likes to eat grain-based food. according to my native rice is a portion of basic food. Doctors also advised giving rice as a first food. Feed breast milk along with solid food to get essential vitamins and nutrients. Let's see the recipe RICE CEREAL, baby food

RICE CEREAL

INGREDIENTS

Rice-1 cup

Fried gram dal-1/4 cup

Procedure

1. Wash rice with water 3 times until you have a clear look. now Allow the rice to be dry. For drying, you can follow any one of these two methods

    First method

spread the drained rice in a wet cloth .allow it to dry the water in the rice gets absorbed by the cloth. After 1 hour take the dried rice but it is not completely dry, it is somewhat wet only. Then in a preheated

pan put this wet rice and dry roast to golden color .cool the roasted rice.

    Second method

Spread the rice in a cloth or a plate. keep this under the sun and allow it to dry completely. After that dry roast this in a pan and cool completely

2. In a mixer grinder, put both the roasted rice and fried gram dal and grind them.

3. sieve it thoroughly until you get a fine powder .please take care at this step you feed this as a first solid food and makes your child easy to swallow .so don’t skip this step

4. store it in an airtight container.
